She started Heather Nicole Advanced Integrative Skincare to help, motivate, and heal her clients to feel and look their most beautiful. Since then she continued to grow the business organically. Most of her business comes from referrals, which she considers a gift as it means her clients are happy!
“The best part of my job is being able to help people. A lot of people aren’t aware that some of the things they use or consume are causing real issues. I have clients who come in saying they have bad skin, but really they just need to make small changes in their routine or in their products.”
At Heather Nicole, we specialize and focus on skincare and wellness. Beauty from the inside out. We are known for our cutting edge combination therapy treatments, organic stem cell therapy, peels, and non-surgical facelifts. We seek out natural and organic products that yield great results. We stand behind all of the products we use – as we use them – and we always make sure the client leaves the spa relaxed and rejuvenated. Also, we love to arm our clients with tips and tricks they can use on their own so they can always feel and look their best.
Often you’ll find that a spa will offer either results or relaxation, but we like to provide both. We try to maintain an elegant yet zen vibe for our clients. We aim to make people feel comfortable, pampered, and gorgeous.

Before she even graduated high school she was registered in her local massage school. Not long after she landed her first gig taking care of all the sore muscles in her area, the hair gals she worked with encouraged her to further her career by getting into skin care.
Really she was just interested in waxing. Once she was in school, she realized that not only did she like everything about skin care, she was sort of good at it. While in school, she learned how to wax from videos from Lori Nestore (the Wax Queen). Rose made sure to do everything the wax queen did to a T.
While Rose grew into the driven spa lady she is today, she started small. She started One Woman Spa, a small solo studio. After years of working alone, she decided to expand in 2012 to a four treatment room, 1,200 square foot spa. Still calling it One Woman Spa. Currently, Rose focuses on skin care and waxing and education. She now works closely with her one time industry hero, and now mentor, Lori Nestore as an educator for both Tu’el skin care and Berodin Wax.
