February’s 30 Day Skin Care Review
My skin care reivew for February is going to incorporate a few different brands. I wanted to show how skin care brands, skin care devices and some of the tools that we showcase can all work together to create a home care routine. Every skin care pro out there prays for clients who use the products and devices as recommended.
My goal with this review is to explain how it can all get done, simply and easily.
LED Light Therapy
One of the most beneficial modalities available to clients who are looking to make improvements in their skin is LED Light Therapy. Our sponsor Celluma LED Light Therapy has provided me with their iPRO. This device has 3 settings to choose from: Wrinkles, Acne and Aches & Pains.
It’s easy to multi-task for Aches & Pains on a sore shoulder, sore back or sore legs, while working at my computer or watching Hulu. It just needs to be in contact with the skin, so I don’t wear a shirt if I’m treating my shoulder or wear shorts if I’m working on my legs.
Finding the 30 minutes to lay flat with the Celluma iPRO over my face is a bit more challenging. Jenni and I had a conversation and we decided to combine our non-visual goals with our Celluma Time.
Jenni listens to her favorite podcast while using her Celluma and I use my Calm app to spend time meditating. I am committed to once a week to start!
Silicone Wrinkle Treatment
I have been working on trying to get my puffy, wrinkled, under-eye area to look like it did when I was 40. Ah, it’s so refreshing to think of 40 as young.
I am putting the SilcSkin Silicon non-invasive wrinkle treatment to the test. I’m wearing the under SilcSkin Eye Pads every night.
PRO TIP: Buy the SilcSkin Cleanser, so you can clean them. The oils from my skin get on the pads and their ability to adhere to the skin diminishes unless you clean them after using them.
I wash my face every evening with a gel cleanser [not a cream or lotion cleanser], to make sure I remove as much surface oil as possible. Then I apply the pads under my eyes.
PRO TIP: Be sure to place the pad under your eye so that it’s low enough to feel comfortable when you look up, look down, and close your eyes. I had it too close to the bottom lid and it didn’t feel good. Also, when you remove it, do it slowly and hold the skin down with one hand and remove slowly with the other.

Herbal Skin Solutions Skin Care Review
