3 Aromatherapy Oils That Will Boost Wellness

Give Your Wellness A Boost With Aromatherapy Oils

Aromatherapy oils are like little gifts form nature!  They’re nature’s way of helping us fix what’s wrong with our body. There’s so many ways to use aromatherapy, but we found a few aromatherapy oils to apply directly to the skin.  Therapeutic effects and hydration!

What is Aromatherapy?

“Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. Sometimes it’s called essential oil therapy. Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health.” Healthline.com

Introducing 2 New Brands

We’re always looking for new ways to improve wellness.  Last year we showcased our Stay Fit – Stay Well Guide. Well, this year, we’re meeting all sorts of new wellness brands.  Here’s 2 that we’ve met and want to introduce you to!

21 Drops

Founded by Kavita Sahai, the woman behind  the women at 21drops (mother nature’s kryptonite).  21 Drops has a mission to connect people to the power of Mother Nature while minimizing our environmental impact by donating 5% of profits to planting trees and botanicals.

At 21drops, they believe in the transformational power of natural solutions provided by mother nature. They believe when all beings are in harmony with nature, true peace and healing occurs.

Everyone at the Company is passionate about plants and embody our value system. It is how they chose to operate in this world.

They believe in the transformational power of plants and sharing the science behind them. You can find studies of each oil they use in their Essential Oil Guide. They educate and make product decisions that are backed by science and the experience of certified aroma therapists.   Essential Oils are powerful when used correctly; however, they can cause harm if not used properly. This is why 21 Drops takes the guesswork out of which oils go best together and how much of what to use.  Leave that to the experts!

What is a ‘dry oil’?

“The term “dry oil” refers to any oil that dries quickly on your skin. Most dry oils come from herbs, vegetables, or seeds. Many have the potential to moisturize your skin or hair without the sticky residue that wet oils often leave.” Healthline.com

The Face Behind Ouli’s Ointment

Stephanie G-M (nicknamed to  family as Stephanouli) is the celebrity makeup artist behind Ouli’s Ointment. After 11 years of working with different skin types, hundreds of products and throwing away lots of unnecessary packaging she decided it was time to create a clean cult brand.

Stephanie believes adaptable products reduce the need for lots of stuff that ends up out of date and in the trash; that’s why all her products have multiple uses. Ouli’s focus as a sustainable brand is a reduction of waste in the beauty industry through minimal, reusable aluminum packaging and products that work in many ways.
