10 Active Hale and Hush Ingredients For All Skin

Hale and Hush Ingredients – Not Just For Sensitive Skin

I was shocked too!  During a recent Hale and Hush training class, I had the chance to chat with Trish, one of the many estheticians who use Hale and Hush.  Her review of Hale and Hush ingredients piqued my interest.  She told me that some of the in treatment masks from Hale and Hush are her go-to masks for almost all of her clients.

Hale and Hush is not just a sensitive skin care line, it’s also a skin care line for all people.  The BeeDazzle Revitalize has Mandelic and Lactic Acids for exfoliating.  This is not going to be for your Oncology clients, however this can be used for anti-aging and acne.

The CEO Explains Hale and Hush Ingredients

While Hale and Hush is ideal for sensitive skin clients, I used some truly unique and rare ingredients for Hale and Hush .  These sophisticated, active ingredients work great on any skin type!

10 Active Hale and Hush Ingredients For All Skin Types

During the conversation with Kris, I asked her to give me 10 active ingredients that she uses.  I also asked her to include some obscure ingredients that she is using that she doesn’t see many other places.

Hold onto your hats, this is an amazing list!

1 Mandelic Acid – BeeDazzle Revitalize

(L) chirally-correct form of the naturally occurring alpha hydroxyl acid (AHA) Mandelic Acid. Like other AHA exfoliants, Mandelic helps slough dead skin cells and assist cell turnover to help improve texture and complexion problems, such as wrinkles and uneven tone. What’s unique about Mandelic is its ability to be as effective in treating mature skin conditions as Glycolic Acid but with significantly less irritation and redness, especially for those with sensitive or darker skins. With added antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, Mandelic is an ideal choice for a wider range of skin conditions and types looking for an improved appearance with fewer side effects.

2 PHENYL T-BUTYLNITRONE (SPIN TRAP) – Brilliant Eye & Lip Serum

Phenyl t-Butylnitrone (PBN) is an intelligent and powerful antioxidant compound known as a “Spin Trap” because of how it targets and traps free radicals to convert them to stable molecules that are no longer destructive for removal by the body or for reuse in various cellular processes; PBN is particularly effective against the aggressive hydroxyl and superoxide radicals to provide superior protection for mitochondria and DNA, which are especially susceptible to those two radicals.

3 Perfluorocarbons (Perfluorodecalin, Perfluoroperhydrophenanthrene, Perfluorohexane) – Eye Mousse

Molecules that dissolve and transport nitrogen, carbon dioxide and oxygen; helps support cellular respiration and increase oxygen levels; promotes healing and produces a Botox®-like effect by reducing tension and minimizing wrinkle depth.

4 ANTHOCYANINS(BLACK RICE) – Hush Hydrate

Derived from black rice; Superior antioxidant activity to fight free radicals and oxidative damage. 10 times higher C3G (Cyanidin-3-glucoside) concentration than leading standardized anthocyanin extracts. C3G is a subtype of anthocyanin particularly helpful in supporting healthy cellular aging. Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-aging; defends against UV damage.

5 Bellis Perennis (Daisy) Flower Extract – Incredible Enzymes

Naturally lightens skin by modulating various pathways of melanin synthesis, including melanocyte and tyrosinase activity; antioxidant.

6 GIANT KNOTWEED EXTRACT (RESVERATROL) – Mist Me

One of the most potent antioxidants, natural chemo-preventative agents inhibiting the cellular processes associated with tumor development, including initiation, promotion and progression; significant anti-inflammatory properties, sirtuin.

7 MIRABILIS JALAPA EXTRACT – Quiet WashSoothe Essence Serum, Vital Lipid Lotion, BeeDazzle Revitalize

Also known as the “four o’clock flower”, this delicate flower’s extract is exceptionally successful at calming reactive skin, including reducing discomfort (like sensations of pain, itching and stinging) and visible redness; improves skin’s long-term resilience against sensitivity triggers; supports skin’s barrier function and improve hydration.

8 3-0-ETHYL ASCORBIC ACID (L) – Rare C Serum

Derivative of Ascorbic Acid with hydrophilic and lipophilic properties; whitens by acting as a tyrosinase inhibitor; highly stable and antioxidant; low molecular weight creates high absorption rate; enhances collagen synthesis and skin elasticity; anti-inflammatory; gentle and non-irritating.

9 ICONIC A – Rare Retinal Serum

Patented optimized form of Vitamin A; performs closest to Retinoic Acid in a cosmetic topical, providing the ultimate wrinkle reduction and prevention properties to skin; is the least irritating Vitamin A to skin, making it a perfect ingredient for all skin types; is the first stable Retinal (Retinaldehyde), offering the highest, most effective activity value to skin. In a 4-week study, 90% of women saw significant improvement in radiance/brightness, tactile smoothness, visual smoothness, fine lines, overall photo damage, overall evenness of skin tone, and global assessment of overall appearance.

10 CROCUS SATIVUS (Saffron) MERISTEM CELL EXTRACT-ANTIOXIDANT RICH-STEM – Saffron Meristem Cream

An antioxidant rich-stem; natural lightening and anti-inflammatory properties; Studies have shown Saffron also contains a carotenoid called crocetin that helps prevent the growth of cancer cells.
